The Stages of our JobSearch service

Step 1

The interview

A legal assessment is a critical first step in the immigration process to Canada. It allows us to evaluate your eligibility for immigration programs and identify any potential legal issues that could arise during your application. By conducting a legal assessment, we can provide you with a clear understanding of the immigration options available to you, and develop a personalized immigration plan that meets your needs. Our experienced immigration consultants are well-versed in Canadian immigration laws and regulations, and we use that expertise to ensure that your application is as strong as possible. Contact CanadaCentral today to schedule your legal assessment and take the first step toward achieving your Canadian immigration goals.

Step 2

Matching your CV to Canadian standards

Having a resume that matches Canadian standards is vital when applying for jobs in Canada. A well-written resume that conforms to Canadian standards can increase your chances of getting shortlisted for an interview and ultimately landing your dream job. Canadian employers often have specific requirements when it comes to resumes, such as the format, length, and content, as well as legal requirements imposed by the Canadian government’s labor laws. By having a resume that meets these standards, you demonstrate your professionalism and your ability to adapt to Canadian work culture. To help potential job seekers meet these requirements, our team of Canadian career advisors provides a professional CV rewriting service. We'll work with you to create a resume that stands out and highlights your strengths and experience, all while adhering to Canadian standards. With our help, you can be confident that your resume will impress Canadian employers and help you land your dream job.

Step 3

Application Submission

When looking for a job in Canada, it's important to locate and submit your resume to as many open job listings as possible. The more job listings we apply to on your behalf, the greater your chances of scoring a job interview. This is because applying to multiple job listings increases your visibility and exposure to potential employers. Additionally, applying to a variety of job listings can help you discover job opportunities that you may not have otherwise considered, that match your existing skill set. To make this process easier, we locate these openings and apply to multiple job listings on your behalf. The number of submissions in the package you choose can greatly affect our chances of success, so please consider the options with care. By submitting your resume to a wide range of job listings, we’ll be able to cast a wider net and increase your chances of finding your dream job in Canada.

Step 4

Canadian HR agencies

In parallel with the Submission stage, CanadaCentral has also partnered with Canadian HR companies to improve your chances of locating employment. Working with a Canadian HR agency can significantly increase your chances of getting invited to a job interview. Canadian HR agencies have in-depth knowledge of the Canadian job market and can help you navigate the complex and competitive job search process. They have established relationships with employers in a wide range of industries and can help you connect with potential employers who are looking for candidates with your specific skills and experience. Additionally, HR agencies can provide you with valuable feedback on your resume and cover letter, and offer coaching on interview skills and techniques.

By partnering with a Canadian HR agency, CanadaCentral gives our clients access to expert advice, resources, and connections that can help them succeed in your job search and ultimately land your dream job in Canada.

Step 5

Preparation for your Job-Interview

Working with a Canadian career advisor is essential when it comes to learning how to present yourself and pass a job interview in Canada. Canadian employers have unique expectations when it comes to the job interview process, and a career advisor can help you understand what those expectations are and how to prepare accordingly. Our Career Advisors will provide you with valuable insights into the Canadian work culture and offer guidance on how to present yourself professionally. They can also help you develop your interview skills, providing feedback on your responses to common interview questions and teaching you how to make a positive impression on potential employers. By working with our Canadian career advisors, you'll gain the confidence and skills you need to succeed in the Canadian job market and ultimately land your dream job.

Step 6

Reviewing your Job Offer or Contract

Our Career Advisors can help you review a job offer or contract, once you've passed the interview stage. A career advisor can help you evaluate the terms of the offer or contract and ensure that they are fair and in line with industry standards. They can also provide you with guidance on negotiating the terms of offer, such as salary, benefits, and work schedule. The career advisor can help you understand your rights as an employee and ensure that you are protected under Canadian labor laws. By working with our Canadian career advisor to review a job offer or contract, you can ensure that you are making an informed decision and entering into a position that is right for you.
